The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces that 1,047 out of 1,901 passed the various grades of the written phase of the MARINE ENGINEER OFFICERS LICENSURE EXAMINATIONS given by the Board for Marine Engineer Officers in Manila this May 2010 .
Announcement: Reschedule of LET Oath Taking
This is to inform the APRIL 2010 LET Passers from Baguio City that the schedule of the Oath Taking in Baguio City will be moved to June 14, 2010 at 9:00 o’clock in the morming at the University of Baguio, Baguio City.
For more information, the oath taking of LET Passers from Region IV will be moved to June 25, 2010 at 9:00 o’clock in the morning to be held together with the Oath Taking of passers from NCR at the Cuneta Astrodome, Pasay City.

MAY 2010 MASTER ELECTRICIAN LICENSURE ( BOARD ) EXAMINATION RESULTS
The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces that 3 Professional Electrical Engineers; 457 out of 1,611 Registered Electrical Engineers; and 539 out of 1,408 Registered Master Electricians successfully passed the Electrical Engineer Licensure Examinations given by the Board of Electrical Engineering in Manila, Baguio, Cagayan De Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo and Legazpi last May 2010 . The results of examination with respect to one (1) examinee were withheld pending final determination of his liabilities under the rules and regulations governing licensure examination.

APRIL 2010 PROFESSIONAL TEACHER (LET) LICENSURE EXAMINATION RESULT - ELEMENTARY ATEP
The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) and the Board of Professional Teachers (BPT) announce that 4,835 elementary teachers out of 31,306 examinees (15.44%), 4 Accelerated Teacher Education Program (A.T.E.P.) graduates out of 109 examinees (3.67%) and 6,483 secondary teachers out of 27,802 examinees (23.32%) successfully passed the Licensure Examination for Teachers (L.E.T) given last April 18, 2010 in 13 testing centers all over the Philippines and Hong Kong .
The results of examination with respect to eight (8) examinees were withheld pending final determination of their liabilities under the rules and regulations governing licensure examination.
R.A. No. 7836 known as the “Philippine Teachers Professionalization Act of 1994” States: “Every registrant shall be required to take his professional oath before practicing as a professional teacher” (Sec. 18).
