Jimmy Alapag was proclaimed the Most Valuable Player (MVP) of the 2010- 2011 season of the Philippine Basketball Association (PBA). Alapag. He was also named as the best player of the PBA Commissioner’s Cup. The award took placed at the Araneta Coliseum last Sunday, August 14, 2011.

“It’s been a special year so far. It’s really a huge honor for me accepting this award,” said Alapag. “But I won’t be receiving this award without my teammates. I’m accepting this in behalf of the Talk ‘N Text team and the coaching staff,” he added.
