Ive seen this post on the blog post of noypistuff, its about a photo of an alleged Filipino army general riding on someone else's back to avoid getting wet after stepping off from a boat is currently making the rounds on Facebook.


The source of the photo traces to Jumbo Ferrer who attached the description below:

"A couple of days ago, an embarrassing scene was played on TV when a Filipino general was carried on someone else' shoulder so he wouldn't get wet when he stepped off a banca. The American officer on the other hand waded in the water and stepped off the banca without any help."
