Real Estate Brokers, Appraisers and Consultants Extension of Filing for Application of Registration Without Examination

Announcement from PRC Website. The Professional Regulatory Board for Real Estate Services and the Commission sets the deadline for the application of the registration without exam for broker, appraiser, and consultant to be extended until Monday, August 1, 2011. As the last day falls on a non-working day, the same is moved to the next working day, hence, from July 30, 2011 (Saturday) to August 1, 2011 (Monday).

March 2011 Real Estate Consultants/Appraisers/Brokers – Approved for Registration W/out Exam.

ANNOUNCEMENT

Registration for the issuance of Certificate of Registration and Professional Card will start on March 29, 2011 until April 14, 2011 at the Registration Division Ground Floor. The Oath taking ceremonies of the new Real Estate Service practitioners for Consultants, Appraisers and Brokers, to be held on April 26, 2011 at the Philippine International Convention Center at 1:30 o’ clock in the afternoon. For those names who were included in the prior approved resolutions may opt to attend the oath taking.
Tickets for the oath taking will be available from March 29, 2011 to April 25, 2011 at the PRC Lobby Ground Floor near Window 27.

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces that 3,185 out of 4,762 passed the Real Estate Broker Licensure Examination given by the Board of Real Estate Service in Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao and Iloilo last March 2011 .

The members of the Board of Real Estate Service who gave the licensure examination are Chairman, Dr. Eduardo G. Ong, Members, Bansan C. Choa, Ramon C.F. Cuervo III, Florentino C. Diño II and Rafael M. Fajardo .

January 2011 Real Estate Consultants/Appraisers/Brokers – Approved for Registration W/out Exam.

ANNOUNCEMENT

Registration for the issuance of Certificate of Registration and Professional Card will start on January 19, 2011 until February 04, 2011. The Oath taking ceremonies of the new Real Estate Service practitioners for Consultants, Appraisers and Brokers, to be held on February 10, 2011 at the Fiesta Pavilion, Manila Hotel, One Rizal Park at 1:00 o’ clock in the afternoon. Previously approved licensed practitioners may opt to join the oathtaking ceremonies on February 10, 2011.
Tickets for the oath taking will be available from January 19, 2011 to February 9, 2011.
For consideration by the Board are the applications of the individuals for registration without examination as Real Estate Consultants, Appraisers and Brokers in accordance with the provision of Sec. 20, Article III of R.A. No. 9646 known as the “Real Estate Service Act of the Philippines”, and Sec. 20, Rule III of Board Res. No. 02, known as the “ Rule and Regulations of R.A. No. 9646”.
