CHED Suspension of Classes (Suspended) on College Levels on August 2, 2011 in NCR

The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) has recommended about the suspension of classes on College Level in the National Capitol Region (NCR) only but not in CALABARZON, Region 3 and other parts of Luzon on Wednesday July 27, 2011, due to the inclement weather brought by tropical storm “Juaning.”

DepEd/CHED Suspension of Classes on All Levels on July 28, 2011 in NCR and other parts of Luzon

Many students are asking if the class tomorrow July 28, 2011 will resume. Under the guidelines of Department of Education (DepEd) the classes on the following areas affected by the typhoon Juaning will automatically suspended if it is in accordance with the guidelines. Under CHED Memorandum Order 34, Series of 2010, classes in colleges and universities are automatically suspended when an area is under storm signal number 3.
