Kaya di umuunlad Pinas kasi kulang tau sa makinarya inuuna kasi ang bulsa ng mga commissioners e.g CSC Chair instead of computerized naging manu-mano na ang result ng CSC... mr. chairman bakit di agad mailabas ang result? do we ned to pay u para mailabas na result? bakit ang result ng board exams labas agad? bakit ang CS exam matagal?

God itong pilipinas talaga kahit kailan bulok ang systema... di ko maintindihan kung bakit pag civil service na pahirapan ung pagkuha ng resulta. alam pa naman nila na un ang one of the requirements of getting job in the governement... hindi tau tinatanggap pag ala cs tapos ganito katagal mag labas ng exam result ang civil service commission natin... nakaka walang gana talga dito sa pinas....
