CHED Suspension of Classes (Suspended) on College Levels on August 2, 2011 in NCR






The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) has recommended about the suspension of classes on College Level in the National Capitol Region (NCR) only  but not in CALABARZON, Region 3 and other parts of Luzon on Wednesday July 27, 2011, due to the inclement weather brought by tropical storm “Juaning.”

College students particularly in areas having tropical storm Signal No. 2 including Metro Manila are asking CHED to decide to suspend classes in higher education tomorrow.

According to the tweet of PAGASA "Possible recommendation of suspension of classes in the Tertiary Level at 10PM".

According to CHED: CHED has devolved the authority to finally decide on class suspension of the tertiary level to the concerned Higher Education Institution Officials.
