DepEd Suspension of Classes in All Levels on August 2, 2011 in Metro Manila ( NCR )

The Department of Education (DepEd) suspended classes on Tuesday in Metro Manila. The suspension covers pre-school, elementary and high school in both public and private schools in the National Capital Region.

The DepEd based its order on state weather bureau PAGASA's forecast of more rains today caused by typhoon 'Kabayan' and a low pressure area.
