Typhoon ( Bagyong ) "AMBO" Update June 2, 2012
According to the Philippines weather bureau PAGASA as of 4:00 pm today, June 2, 2012, Tropical Storm "AMBO" has gained strength as it moves along the eastern coast of Northern Luzon. The eye of Typhoon "AMBO" was located based on satellite and surface data at 210 km Northeast of Casiguran, Aurora (17.4°N, 124.1°E) with maximum winds of 95 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 120 kph. It is forecast orecast to move North Northwest at 15 kph.
