DepEd, CHEd Suspension of Classes on September 26, 2011






Due to the Typhoon Pedring, the Department of Education (DepEd) announced that elementary and high school classes in all private and public schools in Metro Manila are suspended today, Monday, September 26, 2011.

Under the guidelines of  Department of Education (DepEd) the classes on the following areas affected by the typhoon Pedring will automatically suspended if it is in accordance with the guidelines. Under CHED Memorandum Order 34, Series of 2010, classes in colleges and universities are automatically suspended when an area is under storm signal number 3.

Ifugao
Benguet
Mt. Province
Kalinga
Cagayan and
Metro Manila

Signal No. 1
(45-60 kph winds)

Laguna
Cavite
Bataan
Pampanga
Zambales
Tarlac
Pangasinan
La Union
Ilocos Sur

Abra
