According to a report by Manila Bulletin, what makes Carla Abellana and her manager Arnold Vegafria decide to accept the offer of ABS-CBN is the Kapuso network’s priorities when it comes to giving projects to its talents.

A reliable source told the broadsheet that the network’s priorities are Marian Rivera, Barbie Forteza and Bea Binene, in that order. However, she hasn’t inked the deal yet so her mother studio can still make a counter-offer.

Carla Abellana catapulted to fame when GMA-7 offered her the role of “Rosalinda” in 2009, her very first TV project and a title role at that. She actually auditioned to become Richard Gutierrez‘ leading lady in Zorro but instead, the network gave her “Rosalinda.”
