DepEd, CHEd Suspension of Classes on September 28, 2011

Due to the Typhoon Pedring, the Department of Education (DepEd) announced that elementary and high school classes in all private and public schools in Malabon, Navotas and Markina are suspended tomorrow, Wednesday, September 28, 2011 According to ABS-CBN TV Patrol.

Students from the other areas in Metro Manila should wait for the announcement if there is class tomorrow .

But under the guidelines of  Department of Education (DepEd) the classes on the following areas affected by the typhoon Pedring will automatically suspended if it is in accordance with the guidelines. Under CHED Memorandum Order 34, Series of 2010, classes in colleges and universities are automatically suspended when an area is under storm signal number 3.
